At On The Rocks, every package is just the beginning—we fully customize each experience to match your event’s vibe, guest count, and drink preferences. From coffee bars to full cocktail service, we’ve got something for every kind of celebration. And just a quick pour-over of the fine print: as a dry hire service in Arizona, we can’t carry or purchase alcohol on your behalf. That means you get to supply all the spirits and bubbles of your choice (hello, Costco run!). We’ll take care of the rest—mixing, muddling, garnishing, and making it unforgettable.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Nope—but we’ll guide you every step of the way. On The Rocks is a dry hire mobile bartending service due to Arizona State Law. That means you provide the alcohol, and we bring everything else: the bartenders, the bar setup, the mixers, the vibes. This model keeps costs flexible and guest lists flowing.

Are you insured?

Absolutely. We carry full General Liability and Liquor Liability Insurance and all of our bartenders are Title 4 Alcohol Certified and have valid Arizona Food Handler Cards. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to your venue upon request.

Can you create signature cocktails for our event?

Yes! That’s our specialty. Our Desert Mirage package includes a fully custom cocktail consultation, where we’ll help you create up to 3 signature drinks with personalized names, garnishes, and menu design.

How much do you cost?

Our pricing varies depending on your guest count, service needs, and any enhancements you choose. We’re happy to create a custom quote—just head to our Let’s Toast page to get started!

How long is your service time?

All of our base packages include 3 hours of bar service, with options to add more time if your party’s just getting started.

Do you offer mocktail or dry bar options?

Yes! We offer soda bars, lemonade/mocktail bars, and even coffee bars for dry events. Check out The Camelback Cooler, The Cactus Bloom, or The Four Peaks Roast on our Packages page.

Where do you travel?

We’re based in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area but love a good road trip. Travel within Maricopa County is included—anything beyond that may have a travel fee. Let us know where your event is and we’ll map it out!

Can I upgrade the bar setup?

Of course. Our standard setup is always sleek and classic, but you can enhance your bar with one of our signature add-ons like The Desert Pearl, The Cactus Noir, or coming soon, our full trailer bars: Tipsy Tumbleweed and Smokey Saguaro.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We totally understand—life happens, and plans can change. Here's how our cancellation policy works: All deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your date and secure staff and resources. Final payments are also non-refundable, but if you need to cancel, we’re happy to offer a credit toward a future event within 12 months of your original booking date (based on availability). To qualify for a credit, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date.We’re here to work with you—because even if your party gets postponed, the pour can still go on.

Start by filling out our inquiry form with your event info—date, guest count, vibe, location, and any package that caught your eye.What we need to know:

We’ll confirm if your date is available. If it’s a go, and one of our packages fits your needs, perfect—we’ll send over a quote right away.

3. Free Consultation (if needed)

Not quite sure which package works best? No problem. We offer a complimentary consultation via phone, text, or email to chat through your vision and customize your experience.

4. Quote & Agreement

Once we have all the details, we’ll send over a detailed quote and service agreement for you to review.

5. Secure Your Date

To officially book, we require:
A 50% deposit
A signed agreement
This locks in your date and starts the fun part!

6. Get Your Custom Shopping List

Because we’re a dry hire service, you’ll receive a personalized shopping list with exactly what to purchase. No guessing—just grab and go.

7. Final Details One Week Out

Final payment is due 1 week before your event, along with:
Final guest count
Final cocktail selections
Any updates to bar enhancements or timing

8. We Arrive & Set Up

Our team arrives 1 hour 30 minutes before your event start time (depending on setup needs). We’ll handle everything—from chilling your drinks to styling your bar just right.

9. We Handle the Rest

We mix, pour, garnish, serve, and bring the energy. Our certified bartenders ensure everything runs smoothly while you sit back and enjoy the party.
